This article analyses criminal cases involving Jews that were heard before the Kraków District Court between 1939 and 1944. Among these documents there are 23 denunciations from different periods submitted to the German authorities, concerning social, economic, racial, and political matters. The records also include cases involving the blackmail of Jews. The article examines the most significant criminal cases involving Jews, with particular attention to the court’s proceedings in individual cases, such as the seizure of property, acts of violence, and the forgery and theft of documents. The study revealed significant differences between the criminal cases handled by the court before and after Aktion Reinhardt.
