During our research, one of the most valuable sources proved to be Martyna Grądzka-Rejak's article, "The Artistic Elite and Artistic Life in the Kraków Ghetto (1941–1943)."
The author draws on a wide range of sources, including Gazeta Żydowska, collections of testimonies from Holocaust survivors, and a variety of archival documents.
The information contained in this publication enabled our team to expand the biographical entries of several Holocaust survivors, including Mordechaj Markus Bertig, Abraham Neuman, Henryk Rosner, Leopold Rosner, Michał Weichert, Cida Lau-Fischer, and Ewa Kreisberg-Kołogórska.
